Dalzell, Illinois 61312

The village was named after coal-mining magnate Sam Dalzell. The village was originally home to coal miners in Dalzell's surrounding mines. West of Dalzell is St. Bede Abbey which has 30 different types of apples and a delicious cider you can purchase in the fall.
