Bureau County, Illinois Budget

 

The estimated revenue for the county’s general fund for the 2012 fiscal year is $4,712,960, and the total estimated expenses in the general fund at $5,971,624. With projected transfers of funds into the general fund, the county projects to end the 2012 fiscal year in the black with $166,461.

The new budget shows the total fund balance at the beginning of the 2012 fiscal year was $2,770,751, with a projected fund balance at the end of the year of $2,937,212.

The tax levy for the county, projected to be $4,933,000, is expected to come before the county board for review and approval at its December meeting.
